Many of our doctors at affected clinics have moved to new clinics nearby. If you’re not sure where your doctor may be practicing now, you can search for your doctor by entering their name.

When you click on your doctor, we’ll show you where you can see them from now on and how you can schedule an appointment. You can schedule an in-person visit, phone visit, or video visit to continue your care from any place, on any device.

If you’re not sure where your nearest clinic is, you can search for clinics by entering your location.

We’ll show you clinics close to you and how you can schedule an appointment. If you’re looking for a certain kind of care – like primary care, dental care, urgent care or a particular specialty – you can filter your results to find just what you’re looking for.

Enter your location to see which urgent care is closest to you. We’ll show you current wait times and directions for where to go.

If you’d rather receive care from home, you can schedule an urgent care video visit. Urgent care video visits offer expert care and treatment quickly for common illnesses, infections and more.

Our 24/7 online clinic – virtuwell.com – is also available at any time, day or night.

To find your closest dental clinic, enter your location. We’ll show you nearby dental care options and how you can make an appointment. Many of our dental clinics and specialty centers are open and ready to care for you.

The following clinics are currently only providing video visits and will be closing permanently by the end of August 2020:

In addition:

• Our Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program in St. Paul will close July 25, 2020.
• Our Central Minnesota Clinics in Sartell will close August 29, 2020.
• Our Regions Behavioral Health – Maplewood Clinic will close by March 2021.

As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re making several changes that will position our organization to better meet member, patient and community needs and preferences. These changes include the expansion of video visits and other digital capabilities, as well as the consolidation of some clinical services and locations.

Relocating some of our services to nearby sites will allow us to continue meeting the needs of our patients while reducing expenses and working to make care simple and affordable. In many cases, you’ll have access to your same doctors through video visits or in-person visits at one of our nearby sites.

In addition, consolidating in-person care to fewer sites will allow us to offer expanded services at locations that remain open. This will likely include extended hours or additional options for specialty care.
We’re committed to doing everything we can to support you through this transition, and our doctors and our clinics are ready to help you continue to get the care you need. Thank you for trusting us with your health.

We have several different ways for you to transfer your medical records. You can choose the one that is most convenient for you.

1. Once you’ve logged into your account, click on the “My Care” tab.
2. Click on “Health records” from the submenu.
3. Scroll down and click on “Request records.”
4. Click on “request access” to access your health information.
5. Print, fill out and mail or fax the paper form. Or you can fill out and submit the electronic form.

If you don’t have an online account, please print this patient authorization form(pdf). Then, fill it out and mail it or fax it to us. Instructions for mailing or faxing the form to your preferred location, including contact information, are on the second page of the authorization form.
