Sleep and Family Medicine

What I enjoy most about nursing and medicine is caring for individuals from young to old and trying to help make people feel their best. Part of feeling your best starts with great sleep, it is the foundation to build off of when looking at health holistically. Good, quality sleep helps with weight control, illness prevention, and mental health, among many other things.

When a person comes in for sleep issues, I realize that each situation is unique, and it is important to meet that patient where they are at and develop a relationship with them.

In my free time, I enjoy landscaping, long walks, reading, and most of all, spending time with my family.

Welcoming New Patients

I love family practice because it allows me to see patients across the life span. I encourage patients to be an active member in making their own healthcare decisions and goals. I aim to provide care that not only focuses on treating acute illnesses but also prevention and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, spending as much time outside as possible and staying active.
