“While there are common reasons people seek therapy, everyone is unique, and it is important for me to get to know patients as individuals.”

Barbara Stephany, PsyD, LP

In my practice, I feel honored to work with people who are seeking change in their lives. While there are common reasons people seek therapy, everyone is unique, and it is important for me to get to know patients as individuals. I use a collaborative and educational approach to help patients reduce symptoms, develop and strengthen effective coping skills, and improve overall functioning. I have advanced training in anxiety, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
